Tubetti (small tubes) originate in Campania in the South of Italy. Tubetti belong to the very short smooth straight cut tubolar pasta family.

Tubetti are excellent in broths, legume soups and rich vegetable minestroni. Also very delicate in dried pasta dishes with light tomato and basil sauces.
